0.5 oz. Rich Simple Syrup (2:1)
Directions

Fall of the Daiquiri

Recipe
1.5 oz CANA BRAVA RUM
0.75 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
0.5 oz Demerara Syrup
0.25 oz St. Elizabeth All Spice Dram
2-3 dashes of Fig Bitters
Directions
Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass
Shake ingredients and strain over crushed ice into a hi-ball glass
Garnish with apple Slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon

Old Cuban

Recipe
1.5 oz CANA BRAVA RUM
1.0 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
0.75 oz Simple syrup
5-8 Mint leaves
1.5 oz Sparkling wine
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except sparkling wine, in a shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine.

El Presidente

Recipe
1.5 oz CANA BRAVA RUM
1.25 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
0.75 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao
0.5 oz Home made Grenadine
1 orange twist, for garnish
Directions
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add large, cold ice. Stir until very cold, strain and serve up in a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

Hemingway Daiquiri

Recipe
1.75 oz CANA BRAVA RUM
0.75 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
0.75 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
0.25 oz simple syrup
1 lime wheel, for garnish
1 brandied cherry, for garnish
Directions
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add large cold ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lime-cherry “flag”.

Mojito (Havana Style)

Recipe
1.75 ounces CANA BRAVA RUM
1.25 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
3 bar spoons of demitasse bar sugar
0.5 oz simple syrup
3 pinches of fresh mint leaves
1 oz club soda
2 dashes Angostura bitters, for garnish
Directions
Lightly muddle mint leaves with sugar in the bottom of a Collins glass. Add syrup, lime juice and rum. Fill with ice and shake briefly. Top of with club soda. Garnish with bitters.

Ginger Smash

Recipe
2 thin slices of fresh ginger root
2 1-inch cubes of fresh pineapple
2 demitasse spoons of sugar
1.5 oz CANA BRAVA RUM
0.5 oz Maraska maraschino liqueur
0.5 oz Berentzen Apfel Korn (apple liqueur)
0.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1 pineapple leaf, for garnish
Directions
Muddle ginger, pineapple and sugar in the bottom of a mixing glass. Pour rum, lime juice, maraschino and apple liqueur. Add large cold ice and shake vigorously. Pour untrained into a rocks glass. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.

Mum’s Apple Pie

Recipe
1.5 oz CANA BRAVA RUM
1 oz Apple Cider
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Demerara Sugar
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Sprinkle of nutmeg
Directions
Shake ingredients and strain over crushed ice into a hi-ball glass
Garnish with apple Slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon

General Harrison’s Nogg

Recipe
2 oz CANA BRAVA RUM
4 oz Apple Cider
2 spoons of Sugar
1 egg
2 dashes of Dales Pimento Bitters
Directions
Shake ingredients vigorously and strain into a goblet
Garnish with ground nutmeg
